Payment Questions

What Payments Do You Accept?

For group events, we accept online payments. We accept all major credit cards. For individual reservations (private), we utilize credit card authorization forms. Over-the-phone payments have a 3.5% service charge.

Do You Provide Refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds. All payments are non-refundable. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservations are accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Are Payment Plans Available?

Payment plans are available on most itineraries booked at least 75 days prior to departure.
